Travel: South New Jersey

South New Jersey not only has great food, but there are many beautiful places to visit that are family friendly.

We recently visited South Jersey for the holidays and while some of the places we visited were closed or close to closing, we had lots of fun!

Cohanzick Zoo in Bridgeton, NJ

Unfortunately, we arrived 30 mins before closing and we only got so far and even though it was freezing, I wore husband’s jacket and we still got to see some animals!

Parvin State Park in Pittsgrove Township, NJ

We visited Parvin State Park because husband used to work there when he was young and wanted baby CJ and I to see how beautiful it was.

Historic Smithville in Smithville, NJ

This place is awesome! While we were there, the shops were closed, but we did catch the light show on the pier. This place was magical!
