Review: GhostBed Luxury Sheet Set

A tired mama’s favorite place is her bed! Am I wrong?

You guys, being a stay at home mom is exhausting not only physically, but mentally as well! Some days being better than others, but I think we can all agree that the feeling you get when the day is over, kids have been bathed and are in bed, you complete your ‘before bed tasks’, and your body finally hits the bed is the best feeling EVER.

When we purchased our house and moved cross country, we decided we were going to upgrade our bed from Queen to King.

Since then, we’ve been on the search for a sheet set that is comfortable, cool, and durable. Comfy and durable were the most important for me, but because husband was a heater in his prior life, finding a sheet set that was comfortable, durable, AND able to regulate temperature was becoming a long lost dream.

Then, I somewhat stumbled upon GhostBed’s sheet set and I just knew we had to try them out.

When the GhostBed Luxury Sheet Set arrived at our doorstep, I was super excited to try them out. I washed them right out of the package as the package’s plastic smell was too overwhelming for me. I did, however, lay on them before putting them in the washer and they were soft, crisp, and cool.

Once they were done in the dryer and set up on our bed, I could feel how much softer they were after the first wash. After sleeping on them for almost 2 weeks, husband didn’t notice a huge temperature difference from our old sheets. However, I personally did notice that when I wanted to cool down a little bit, I could move around slightly and it would be cool where I hadn’t been laying on it for a period of time. I also noticed that it was cooler when laying on the fitted sheet without the flat sheet on me. These are going to be great for the cold winters!

I love the Supima cotton and Tencel fiber blend of the GhostBed sheets which is what makes them durable, breathable, and light-weight! You can really feel the amazing quality.

Not only that, but it comes with GhostGrip, which means the entire edge of the fitted sheet is lined with a thick elastic band so your fitted sheet will stay on securely and never pop off, which if I’m being super honest, is my favorite part! Haha.

As you can see our mattress is a bit thick (about 18 inches high) and the fitted sheet actually stays in place!
